Hi,

I'm planning to use the iGala as an infoboard displaying bus times and calendar information. Since there is no way to display a web-page, I'm planning on using PHP and create an image with the info on it through Windows Live FrameIt.

It is very important that it can update the picture with small time frames. Is it possible to create and 800x600 image, use FrameIt, have the image fullscreen and ALWAYS ON, and refresh the image every 1 minute?

Is there any limit on how often the image is updated through FrameIt? Is this something the user can define?

P.S: Please open it up and provide a SDK. It would be a killer device!!

Update cycle

FrameIt used to have the parameter on the length of refresh, but it has been gone after the new FrameIt design.

We will soon release a FrameChannel version (1-2 weeks) and they do allow the configuration of the update cycle.

If this is needed urgently, our engineers can provide a special version just for you with a more frequent update cycle. In this case, please email support@aequitech.com
