Hi - my frame doesn't seem to want to read off a USB stick. Is tehre any trick to getting it to see the USB?

These forums don't seem to be used very often, I hope things are goign well at iGala, its a great product...

Working hard on the next generation hardware. This forum gets lots of Spam postings and we had to carefully filter out spammers from registering accounts.

If your USB stick is too large or too old, the frame may not be able to read it. Also, try avoiding large sized photos in them.
