Hi, I just bought my picture frame and when I updated the firmware to version 1.1.1.740 following the instruction, hearing the beep sound saying update is successful. I rebooted the frame, noticing the USB thumb drive is still there, I unplugged it. Now the frame cannot boot up! It show the iGala logo and then it flashes white and the iGala logo is showing up again!

Help...

Just kidding.

Please try this:
- Insert the same USB card while the frame is powered off
- Power On the frame
- Wait till you hear the Alarm sound
- Unplug the USB
- Power on the frame

If the above procedure doesn't fix the problem, please email support@aequitech.com so that we can provide you different files for a total refresh.
