Depends on the location an the brightness
There are two kinds of occasional bad pixels on LCD screen, bright ones and dark ones. They are unavoidable throughout the industry. If the two pixels are in the center of the screen and are bright ones, yes, you can claim it and exchange for a new frame. If they are dark and in the corner, they will not be considered defective.
